Full Job Description
The Role
We're looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and enjoys turning complex, real-world problems into simple, scalable solutions. You'll work across Ubiquiti's expanding ecosystem-including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cameras, and access control-partnering with enterprise customers, MSPs, and internal teams to design architectures and influence product direction. This is not a traditional, script-driven sales engineering role. You'll be expected to operate with autonomy, challenge assumptions, and contribute to how UniFi evolves-not just how it's sold.
What You'll Do
Own problem discovery and design scalable solutions across networking and physical security, even when requirements are unclear
Create presentations, demos, and training content that translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives
Translate customer and partner needs into structured, actionable feedback that informs product direction
Scale the Partner Program by onboarding new MSPs/SIs and growing existing partners through repeatable, high-quality deployments
Support both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound engagement with high-potential customers and partners
Build and maintain lab environments to test, validate, and refine real-world solutions
