• You collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer adoption.
• You inspire engineers and engineering leaders by showing how automation can transform their workflows.
• You continuously learn from customers and share insights with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

In 6 months:

• You deeply understand the capabilities of the Synera platform.
• You confidently deliver customized product demos using existing workflows.
• You actively support the sales process and help build compelling ROI narratives for customer decision makers.

In 12 months:

• You build custom demo scenarios and technical teasers directly in Synera.
