Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team and guide clients through the crucial first phase of their personal injury claims. In this role, you will investigate accidents, gather and analyze medical records and evidence, assess liability, and communicate with insurance carriers to advocate for our clients. You will counsel clients with empathy and professionalism, develop strategies to maximize recovery, and negotiate settlements aimed at achieving fair and timely resolutions. Our mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy while delivering strategic and results-oriented representation. As part of our team, you will play a key role in building strong cases, protecting client rights, and laying the foundation for successful outcomes, whether through settlement or preparation for litigation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants to ensure proper case handling from intake to settlement.
