The initial term of employment is three years, with contract renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance.
About Goizueta IMPACT
Goizueta IMPACT is the school's signature approach to experiential learning across its MBA graduate programs, built to bridge theory and practice. Students learn how to apply a structured problem-solving process to real-world problems. The course content includes problem solving, influential communication, and managing internal and external stakeholders. As a degree requirement, graduate student teams solve a strategically important challenge for a sponsoring organization.
Teams are supported by faculty advisors, second-year IMPACT Coaching Fellows, and external coaches, and present their recommendations at the IMPACT Showcase, judged by more than 300 external business leaders. IMPACT runs across Goizueta's One-Year and Two-Year full-time MBA, Executive and Evening Working Professional MBA, and Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) programs, preparing students to deliver results from day one of their internships and careers.
