We're currently looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee our Allergy Division locations in Westbury and Commack, New York.

This is a key leadership role that helps keep the office running smoothly-supporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

People First:
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
  • Foster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians
  • Ensure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow
  • Keep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner


Patient Experience Matters:
  • Ensuring patients are scheduled smoothly and registered correctly
  • Helping patients feel seen, heard, and well taken care of-even when they have questions or concerns
  • Making sure patient records are accurate and up to date


Behind-the-Scenes Operations:
  • Managing the day-to-day details like cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Keeping us compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Managing inventory and liaising with vendors


Finances & Workflow:
  • Overseeing billing, coding, and banking processes
  • Keeping an eye on spending and helping the practice stay financially healthy
  • Making sure billing and claims are handled quickly and accurately


Big Picture Support:
  • Making sure policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed
  • Acting as the go-between with our Home Office (Corporate Office)
  • Helping maintain a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work culture


You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience (or an equivalent combo of education and experience)
  • Are experienced in managing teams and understand HR best practices
  • Know your way around medical billing, coding, and terminology
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
  • Are comfortable navigating healthcare laws, ethics, and compliance
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems


Work Environment: This role is based in a medical office setting. You'll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It's a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.
