About the Role
Equitable Advisor's Wealth Management team is seeking an experienced leader to drive and contribute to meaningful work that shapes how we support clients and financial professionals across the country. The individual will be responsible for driving practice management and financial planning experience and engagement across the advisor ecosystem. As part of this team, you'll be hands-on developing optimized advisor and client solutions, analyzing market trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping develop strategies that drive decision-making across our Wealth Management business.
In this role, you'll be working cross functionality, contributing to meaningful projects, building executive-ready deliverables and leading advisor conversations showcase your skills and highlight the values of core practice management fundamentals. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with periodic days in office, combining flexibility with team collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead the design and delivery of an integrated practice management and financial planning experience, aligning advisor workflows, digital platforms, and client-facing capabilities to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes across the advisor lifecycle.
• Define and evolve the end-to-end client experience across the advisor platform, translating client needs and business strategy into scalable solutions that support financial planning, financial health, and long-term well-being.
• Manage and coordinate in-house teams and third-party vendors, overseeing platform integrations, feature delivery, and operational execution to ensure solutions are reliable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead vendor management and strategic oversight through ongoing partner engagement, contract and amendment reviews, and current knowledge of financial planning industry competitors to strengthen negotiations, manage performance, and inform platform decisions.
• Leverage industry knowledge and financial planning expertise to inform product strategy, partner selection, and roadmap prioritization, ensuring offerings reflect best practices in planning, wellness, and advisor-led client engagement.
The base salary range for this position is $111,464 - $183,915 Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
• Strong financial literacy and planning competency, with the ability to synthesize information, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology, digital platforms, and emerging AI-enabled tools, particularly how they can enhance productivity, advisor effectiveness, and client experiences. Prior direct experience with eMoney, Money Guide, Asset Map or similar financial planning tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• An organized, detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple workstreams, supporting execution against deadlines, and contributing to readiness initiatives.
• Curiosity and a learning-oriented approach, with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
