Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an ABET accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience in emissions systems calibration development.
• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred from an ABET accredited university.
• Experience in Hardware In the Loop development and verification.
• Familiarity with Matlab, Simulink, Data Acquisition, Excel is strongly preferred.
• Must have a true engineering degree; engineering technology degrees are not acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with engine repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop engine calibrations to meet LEV II and LEV III emission standards.
• Collaborate with base engine hardware releasing teams and scientific labs.
• Implement best practice design and calibration solutions.
• Perform verification testing aligned with powertrain system objectives.
• Ensure driveability meets world-class standards.
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork with vehicle teams to achieve development goals.
• Travel up to 20% for assignments, including some international trips.
