Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
• Enterprise environment and tenant administration, including environment lifecycle, capacity, storage, and tenant settings.
• Managed Environments, environment strategy, and governance across development, test, and production environments.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, security roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), platform security, compliance, data protection, and risk management.
• Application lifecycle management (ALM), pipelines, DevOps practices, deployment support, APIs, and integration management.
• PowerShell administration, platform monitoring, usage analytics, troubleshooting, and governance reporting.
• Copilot Studio governance, including agent environments, usage, adoption, compliance, integrations, knowledge sources, and AI security policies.
• Strong documentation, standards development, stakeholder management, user support, enablement, and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Create, configure, manage, and retire Power Platform environments in line with the approved environment strategy.
• Administer capacity, storage, tenant settings, Managed Environments, and platform configuration across the estate.
• Govern development, test, and production environments and maintain clear controls for environment provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Design, configure, and maintain DLP policies; review connectors and integrations against governance and security requirements.
• Manage security roles, permissions, access controls, and identity integration with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Apply platform governance, compliance, data protection, and risk-management standards and maintain supporting documentation.
• Govern Copilot Studio agents and environments, including usage, adoption, compliance, knowledge sources, integrations, and AI security controls.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, usage, and adoption metrics; produce operational and governance reports for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate remediation, and support users, makers, administrators, and delivery teams.
• Support ALM, deployment pipelines, release processes, and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Define and maintain administration standards, operating procedures, controls, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams t o enable secure and scalable platform adoption.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
