Job Description:The Role:
A successful candidate will work with the team to develop and deploy methodology and infrastructure to measure and analyze SiFive IP power consumption.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy power analysis flows, models to collect and analyze power consumption
Correlate power models with RTL and Silicon
Develop and deploy power measurement infrastructure
Develop power models for architecture exploration and development
Requirements:
MS or PhD in Computer Science / Computer Architecture
3+ years of experience in power benchmarking, analysis and modeling
Experience with power impacts at architecture, logic design, and circuit levels.
Knowledge of computer architecture of high performance out-of-order CPU designs.
Experience with ASIC power analysis and optimization.
Hands-on expertise with either HW development (RTL/implementation flows, verification/validation, backend flows, FPGA flows) or SW development is a strong plus.
Competency in software engineering best practices needed to maintain and refactor very large object oriented code bases.
Self-starter, fast learner, strong problem-solving skills

The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.
Base Pay Range
$178,848.00-$218,592.00
