What You\'ll Do
- Lead delivery of electric utility projects, guiding overhead and underground design from planning through construction
- Own project performance - scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a high-performing environment
- Serve as the primary liaison with utilities, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Drive technical quality through QA/QC and adherence to standards
- Lead design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and presentations
- Coordinate across disciplines to deliver efficient, constructible solutions
- Manage change processes, permitting, and regulatory approvals
- Support construction through field engagement and issue resolution
- Continuously improve project delivery through lessons learned and feedback

Preferred Qualification
- Degree may be in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in power delivery/project execution
- Prior experience with an engineering consulting firm
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Experience in power delivery, utility engineering, or related infrastructure
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of utility standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Proactive mindset with a drive for ownership and results
QualificationsRequired Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software. (examples include PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)
