Full Job Description
Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Power BI Project Controls Data Analyst for a remote position. Must reside in one of the following states, OH, TX, LA, OK, WV, VA, IN, MI, KY, AR, TN.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for project and portfolio reporting.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including:
    • Primavera P6
    • Excel
    • ERP and cost-management systems
    • Project controls systems
    • Risk registers
  • Other project and enterprise data sources
  • Use Power Query to extract, transform, cleanse, and integrate project data.
  • Develop robust DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to support project-performance reporting.
  • Build dashboards covering cost, schedule, earned value, progress, forecasts, trends, and project risk.
  • Develop executive-level reporting that enables leadership to quickly identify performance issues, trends, and areas requiring attention.
  • Create reporting solutions that consolidate cost and schedule information into a single, consistent view of project performance.
  • Incorporate quantitative risk-analysis outputs, including Monte Carlo P50/P80/P90 results, into Power BI dashboards when applicable.
  • Develop trend and variance analyses to identify changes in project performance and emerging areas of concern.
  • Support reporting of key project-controls metrics, including budget, actuals, forecast, commitments, schedule performance, earned value, and progress.
  • Partner with project controls, project management, scheduling, estimating, risk, finance, and technology teams to understand reporting requirements and data sources.
