Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize new initiatives for strategic alignment and value.
• Partner with key Sponsors to define problem statements and outcomes.
• Oversee 70+ initiatives from Discovery through Implementation.
• Conduct value assessments to support investment decisions.
• Develop Lean Business Cases, Epics, and portfolio governance materials.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, and progress regularly.
• Prepare monthly portfolio reviews and executive presentations.
