As a PMO Operations Manager - Process Validation, you will:- Lead and provide guidance to Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams within the local PMO, working closely with the wider PMO and Integrated Project Team (IPT).
- Ensure PMO processes, policies, quality requirements, and procedures are followed from project kickoff through Process Validation (PV) and production handover.
- Support the Project Manager in developing and executing transition plans covering suppliers, purchase orders, inventory, demand planning, manufacturing, facilities, tooling, equipment, and training.
- Oversee inventory transfers and supplier onboarding, ensuring priorities and timelines minimize risk of production disruption.
- Manage supplier transitions, including sourcing, purchase order novation, supplier quality, pricing negotiations, and performance against Supply Chain metrics.
- Lead make/buy decisions in collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify and resolve supplier, technical, and transition risks early, coordinating appropriate technical support and RCCA activities.
- Ensure manufacturing cells and facilities are ready, including equipment, tooling, documentation, training, approvals, and process setup.
- Own the planning and execution of Process Validation activities through successful handover to the local site.
- Ensure production demand and material requirements are planned and available to support customer requirements and production schedules.
- Maintain clear, accurate project metrics and reporting, communicating project status, demand, risks, and PV progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities with Ontic and supplier teams.
- Ensure customer, product, and quality approval requirements are met for successful product and contract transitions.
- Participate in Lessons Learned activities and ensure improvements are incorporated into future transitions.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, licensors, and other stakeholders while upholding company values and policies.
- Comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and company policies, and undertake other duties appropriate to the role.

Compensation Pay Range$120,000- $140,000/year, based on experience
