Kearney & Company is currently seeking a PMO / Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
• Develop, maintain, and progressively elaborate the program Integrated Master Schedule
• Integrate functional, technical, data, security, testing, training, and deployment schedules
• Identify critical-path activities and schedule dependencies
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, and dependency tracking
• Support monthly program management reporting and contractual deliverables
• Perform schedule analysis and identify potential milestone impacts
• Develop recovery scenarios and schedule mitigation recommendations
• Coordinate schedule inputs across Kearney, subcontractors, Government stakeholders, and BSO workstreams
• Support staffing and resource forecasting
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business management or related field
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated schedules for large federal programs
- PMP Certification
- Advanced Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling-tool experience
- Experience with dependency, milestone, critical-path, and resource analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
- Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
Preferred Qualifications:
• DoD/Navy program experience
• Financial systems implementation experience
• Experience supporting CDRLs and FFP engagements
OverviewThe expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
