Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant plumbing experience.
• Strong expertise in MEP systems, commercial service operations, and applicable codes.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing direct reports.
• Must maintain all applicable plumbing registrations, licenses, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to service technicians and supervisors.
• Partner on HR matters and support inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage service reporting metrics to drive team performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by managing technician performance.
• Manage revenue objectives and monitor technician labor hours for efficiency.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct safety observations to ensure compliance.
