Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in well control, including fluid killing and BOP operations.
• Current IADC well control certificate or willingness to acquire at company's cost.
• Experience with double-derrick service rig operations and as a derrick hand.
• Knowledge of mud pump and laydown machine operations.
• Detail-oriented with a proven safety record.
• Strong communication skills with crew, management, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Enverus field ticketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-man crew in the plugging and abandonment of gas wells.
• Oversee rig up and rig down operations for double-derrick service rigs.
• Manage fluid levels and pipe tally during operations.
• Conduct casing recoveries and cementing operations with precision.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew members to ensure smooth operations.
