  • Design and install electrical power and control systems
  • Implement critical improvement projects to support plant operations
  • Collaborate with Manager on electrical construction management

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of projects in Oracle Project Accounting.
  • Development of project cost and schedule.
  • Administration of all aspects of project execution including, but not limited to: design, specification, contracts, purchasing, installation and commissioning.
  • Control report to management schedule and cost.
  • Electrical design and installation of all aspects of electrical power and control systems.
  • Support plant operations by implementing critical improvement projects and coordinate with all departments within the plant.
  • Works with Manager to manage all electrical construction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least five (5) years of experience in mechanical/electrical project engineering in the cement or related industry
  • Familiarity with operational aspects and equipment utilized in the cement industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and inquisitive by nature
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • Requires availability to travel, primarily to other Buzzi Unicem USA facilities
