Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including leadership of production teams.
• Strong preference for experience in assembly operations, warehouse/material flow, and production planning.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, capacity planning, inventory management, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with accountability.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across mechanical and electrical assembly, warehouse, and production planning.
• Own plant performance metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory.
• Optimize production flow, labor utilization, and overall plant capacity.
• Ensure effective material flow and inventory accuracy from receiving through production and shipment.
• Establish KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, employee development, and performance management.
• Drive operational improvements and capacity expansion initiatives.
