Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict alignment with OSHA, EPA, and Air Liquide EHS standards. Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) protocols, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and root-cause investigations.
  • Operations & Asset Reliability: Oversee continuous operation of cryogenic distillation columns, heavy turbomachinery (main air compressors, expansion turbines), and gas purification systems. Optimize specific power consumption and ensure high facility uptime.
  • Financial Management: Manage the site OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Monitor operational KPIs, drive energy management initiatives, and control maintenance costs to hit profitability targets.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and direct a team of shift operators, maintenance technicians, and process engineers. Drive workforce training, competency tracking, and talent development.
  • Supply Chain & Customer Delivery: Coordinate closely with pipeline systems, bulk gas distribution logistics, and commercial teams to fulfill continuous supply agreements and meet strict product purity requirements (including medical and electronics-grade standards).


Are you a MATCH?

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (BSChE or BSME).
  • Experience: 8+ years in continuous process manufacturing (cryogenics, petrochemicals, or refining), with a minimum of 3 years in direct supervisory or plant leadership roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryogenic process cycles, rotating equipment, DCS/PLC control systems, continuous monitoring, and PSM compliance.
  • Key Skills: P&L management, root-cause failure analysis (RCFA), continuous improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma), and strong crisis leadership.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial gases or chemical manufacturing.
