[email protected]Supervise the operations of the unit by organizing the activity/workflow of the plant and making the interface with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer....)
Main Accountabilities
1- Ensure production volume and quality
2- Improve site performance
3- Ensure plant reliability
3- Coordinate with other teams (maintenance, SIO---)
4- Supervise and evaluate performance of technician
Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: >10 people managed
Scope: Several units supervised
Are you a MATCH?Required Qualifications And Competencies:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
- 7+ years experience
- Technical and working understanding of Air Liquide's operation processes
- Ability to read key operating documents and to troubleshoot production problems
