Job Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production management system within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing production policies and procedures, managing a team of production professionals, and ensuring that production activities meet or exceed company objectives. The Production Manager conducts regular audits, reviews production performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing production documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on production performance to senior leadership.
