Job Summary :
Manage, direct, and coordinate the activities of all departments in the manufacture and development of the highest quality products maintaining safety and cost objectives.
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Ability to develop teamwork and advance employee development.
- Demonstrated progression of responsibility in supervisory and leadership positions
- Experience in progressive production techniques, root cause analysis, and procedures (ISO, SPC, etc.)
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostic and repair techniques/systems
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP
- Experience in bringing new products from development into production.
- Ability to develop bottom up or top down manufacturing budgets that include labor, materials, and overhead.
- Proficient in analyzing income statements and understanding the drivers that impact plant operations.
- Experience in capital planning and IRR analysis.
- Highly skilled using Microsoft excel.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical program or equivalent combination of education and experience
