In the role of
Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at our facility, ensuring that equipment is operating efficiently and safely. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, developing maintenance strategies that enhance reliability and reduce downtime. Additionally, you will manage budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, particularly in the water or wastewater treatment sectors. You should possess excellent leadership skills and be adept at problem-solving, with a focus on safety and compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our maintenance operations.
Requirements- Ideally qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experienced in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
