Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years minimum experience in Continuous Improvement and operational frontline leadership.
• Demonstrated high-level performance in current and previous roles.
• Strong initiative and motivation to drive change.
• Solid leadership skills for managing vertically and horizontally within the organization.
• Basic statistical knowledge applicable to process improvement projects.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in business metrics and establish strategies for improvement.
• Assess current operations and develop a Future State vision with an implementation plan.
• Coach staff and leaders on the Johnson Controls Business System.
• Drive project performance using kaizen funnel tracking and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a plant Continuous Improvement Roadmap.
• Assist Process Owners in overcoming barriers to project success.
• Document and share improvement processes and best practices across plants.
