LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects (>$250,000) for a government contract in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Major Projects
- Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
- Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects
- Provides weekly reports of new projects identified
- Attends meetings at the governments request
- Required site visits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR
- 8 years of construction or engineering experience
