SubstationPlanner III to join our team at K&A Power Group in

Role Expectations: - Develop detailed construction and maintenance work packages.
- Estimate labor hours, resources, and project durations.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, tools, and contractor support.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and pre-construction meetings.
- Conduct site visits and job walk-downs to support project planning.
- Coordinate with Construction, Project Management, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support switching, clearance requests, outage coordination, and emergency planning activities.
- Maintain accurate project and compliance documentation, including NERC-related records.
What we're looking for: - Minimum 5 years of Substation Construction experience.
- Knowledge of transmission and substation construction practices.
- Experience with construction planning, estimating, and resource coordination.
- Knowledge of ITOA or switching/tagging qualifications required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
Pay Range $40-$46.40/hour
