Titre du poste:Planificateur, inspecteur de maintenance d'aéronefs:

Vous avez les connaissances et l'expérience dans les domaines de l'aviation, de la maintenance d'aéronef, de la planification des programmes d'entretien, de la réglementation de l'aviation civil au Canada et aux États-Unis, des principes de l'assurance qualité et du contrôle de la qualité au sein d'un Organisme de Maintenance Agrée (OMA AMO).

Vous souhaitez intégrer notre département des opérations aériennes équipé de 2 avions expérimentaux pour supporter des objectifs d'essais en vol et de 2 avions d'affaire pour servir les employés et les cadres dirigeants de P&WC.

Le planificateur de la maintenance des aéronefs et inspecteur Qualité relève du Directeur de la Qualité.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Mirabel et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

Rôle de plannificateur de maintenance:
  • Construire le programme d'entretien des aéronefs en utilisant les informations réglementaires et les besoins opérationnels.
  • Collaborer avec Transport Canada et la FAA pour assurer l'approbation continue du programme d'entretien des avions.
  • Créer et publier des plans d'entretien des avions pour garantir la conformité aux règlements de transport Canada et à la réglementation américaine.
  • Préparer les rapports des activités de maintenance et assurer une coordination avec les fournisseurs des services mobiles et de réparation.
  • Élaborer une stratégie de maintenance afin d'assurer les vols, de maximiser la disponibilité des avions, d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et de réduire les coûts opérationnels.
  • Maintenir les plans de maintenance des aéronefs dans le logiciel de maintenance des aéronefs informatisé.
  • Revoir et modifier toutes les Consignes de Navigabilités (CN/AD) et les manuels sous sa responsabilité.


Rôle d'inspecteur qualité :
  • Effectuer des audits internes (planifiés ou non planifiés) des opérations aériennes de P&WC et/ou des audits externes.
  • S'assurer de documenter toutes les déclarations de conformité avec les évidences pertinentes.
  • Examiner poids et centrage sur le bilan et les amendements.
  • Inspecter les pièces en sous-traitance pour assurer la conformité aux exigences parties du dessin.
  • Vérifier que tout le travail effectué sur l'avion est terminé avant la signature du travail effectué par la maintenance et que les certifications ont été saisies dans le dossier technique du produit aéronautique avant le retour de l'avion en service.
  • Vérifier les entrées dans le journal de bord de l'aéronef par rapport à la fonction de maintenance.
  • Vérifier que la certification est faite par un inspecteur autorisé en conformité avec les règles de l'OMA et ses manuels MPM 1 et 2.
  • Vérifier que les composants, pièces et matériaux utilisés dans l'entretien des avions ont été certifiés conformément aux exigences du RAC.
  • Rapporte au responsable du contrôle de la qualité tous les incidents d'aéronefs et les pannes / problèmes de composantes.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

Incontournables
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le rôle de planification d'avions.
  • Baccalauréat ou DEC en maintenance d'aéronefs ou discipline d'ingénierie connexe, génie aérospatial
  • Détient une connaissance approfondie de la discipline et du rôle.
  • Contribue à l'équipe ou au département en appliquant ses connaissances d'un ou plusieurs domaines fonctionnels.
  • Capacité à travailler sans supervision directe
  • Expérience dans le traitement des données de logiciel et avec Microsoft Office logiciels.
  • Reste professionnel et calme dans les situations stressantes.

Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Planner, Auditor

What your day to day will look like?
  • Build the maintenance program using regulatory information and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with Transport Canada and the FAA authorities to ensure continued approval of the aircraft maintenance program.
  • Create and publish Aircraft Maintenance Plans with associated schedules that ensure compliance with Transport Canada and FAA regulation authorities.
  • Prepare progress reports of maintenance activities and coordinate them with service suppliers as well as mobile repair providers.
  • Develop a maintenance strategy to ensure flights, maximize aircraft availability, optimize resource utilization, and reduce operational costs.
  • Update and maintain aircraft maintenance plans in the computerized aircraft maintenance software.
  • Review and amend all Airworthiness Directives (AD) and manuals under his / her responsibilities.


Quality Auditor role:
  • Perform internal (scheduled or unscheduled) quality assurance audits of P&WC flight test operations and/or external audits.
  • Ensure that all declarations of conformance are documented and backed by evidence.
  • Review weight and balance reports and amendments.
  • Inspect sub-contracted parts to ensure part conformity to drawing requirements.
  • Ensure that all work performed is completed before the maintenance release is signed and that the work performed and certifications have been entered in the aeronautical product technical record prior to aircraft return to service.
  • Monitor that appropriate entries have been made to the aircraft journey log with respect to the maintenance function.
  • Ensure certification made by the Authorized Inspector is made under the AMO system and in accordance with MPM Parts 1 and 2.
  • Ensure that components, parts, and materials used in maintaining aircraft have been certified in accordance with CAR requirements.
  • Report to the Manager, Quality Control, all aircraft incidents, accidents, and component and/or part failures.

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in aircraft maintenance or Aerospace Engineering
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the discipline and role.
