LITIGATION ATTORNEY PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY
PAY: $150K + DOE
We are seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Attorney who is eager to grow, make an impact, and develop as a litigator within a collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful personal injury cases while gaining hands-on experience alongside experienced attorneys and legal professionals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Help manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution
Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment
Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute case strategy
Maintain consistent communication with clients and guide them through each stage of litigation
Gain hands-on experience handling complex and high-value litigation matters
Continue developing litigation skills through mentorship and ongoing professional growth opportunities
