Family Practice Physician / Supervising Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while serving as a clinical leader and resource for our medical team.
This is an opportunity to combine direct patient care with physician leadership, supporting our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), quality and safety initiatives, and the continued growth of team-based care. What You'll DoProvide Comprehensive Family Medicine Care- Provide evidence-based primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
- Prescribe medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as clinically appropriate.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families.
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care, when appropriately trained, credentialed, and privileged.
- Perform procedures within the physician's scope of training, competency, and privileges.
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
- Provide appropriate follow-up for high-risk and complex patients.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation.
Provide Physician Leadership & APP Oversight- Provide physician oversight, consultation, collaboration, and supervision for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with Wisconsin law, organizational policies, credentialing requirements, and payer regulations.
- Serve as a clinical resource for providers managing complex patient care.
- Conduct periodic chart reviews and clinical audits as required.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and review of clinical protocols, standing orders, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Participate in provider onboarding, mentoring, and clinical competency assessment.
- Participate in peer review and provider performance improvement activities.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on provider staffing, workflow, and access to care.
- Help foster provider engagement, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Support Quality, Safety & Organizational Leadership- Champion quality, patient safety, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Support quality measures and value-based care initiatives.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
- Participate in medical staff meetings and leadership committees.
- Support organizational strategic initiatives.
- Assist with accreditation, compliance, and regulatory readiness activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable CMS, HRSA, Joint Commission (if applicable), and organizational requirements.
- Represent Noble Community Clinics at community meetings and outreach events.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Current unrestricted Wisconsin medical license.
- Current DEA registration.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges.
- Must maintain all required licensure, certifications, registrations, and clinical privileges throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous physician leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants.
- Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center.
