Job Summary

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine seeks an accomplished academic physician to serve as Chief of the Division of Pediatric Nephrology. This leadership position is essential to advancing the clinical, educational, research, and service missions of the Division, Department, College of Medicine, Golisano Children's at UK, and UK HealthCare.

This will be an academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor of Pediatrics, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The Division Chief of Pediatric Nephrology will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Pediatric Nephrology program. The Chief will be responsible for the development and expansion of high-quality clinical services, faculty recruitment and mentorship, scholarly activity, and educational programs while ensuring alignment with the missions and strategic priorities of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and UK HealthCare. The Division Chief will foster interdisciplinary collaboration, ensure excellence in patient care, and guide the division toward sustainable growth and regional recognition.
