Job DescriptionSeeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota.
Schedule- Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- 13-hour shifts, including one-hour overlap for report
- Rotating day/night scheduling
- 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am
Pay and Benefits- Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications- BE/BC
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Department Information:- 7 Physicians, 4 APPs
- Caring for children 0-17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses
- Pediatric Unit with a total of 22 beds - 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, 14 peds
- PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist
- Pediatric Sedation program, Dedicated child life specialists
