COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $240,000
- Bonus: Productivity and quality incentives

EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
- Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience practicing in a value-based or capitated care model
- Prior work with senior-focused or Medicare patient populations
- Interest in preventive care, population health, and chronic disease management
- Comfort working within an interdisciplinary care team
- Experience with Athena or comparable EMR systems
