Full Job Description
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Hematologist Oncologist to join our team at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people from across the state. As part of our Hematology Oncology team, you will join 4 Physicians in managing a combination of outpatient clinics and inpatient consults throughout Alaska. Our unique patient population, breathtaking geography and cohesive team, make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity! As a Hematologist Oncologist, you will work in clinic managing outpatients. Time is blocked on outpatient clinic schedule to manage inpatients. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday with our physicians working four 10-hour shifts per week, seeing 8-12 patients per day. No formal call schedule, however, primary oncologist must be available for questions after hours.
