The PositionWe are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Hematologist-Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team. Our preference is for a full-time employed position with flexible schedule allowing for either a 4X10 or 5X8 work week. Applicants seeking less than full time will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and support services
- Participate in tumor boards and clinical research initiatives
- Share in practice call responsibilities
- Utilize EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings for seamless care coordination
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary for full-time is $725,000 plus additional RVU-earning potential

Requirements- 3+ years of post-training experience in hematology-oncology
- MD/DO required
- Board Cert in Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
