Full Job Description
Title: Clinical Geneticist
Location: Evanston, IL Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time
Compensation: Compensation Range: $192,000 (10th percentile -$305,000 (75th percentile), based on years of experience.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive genetics care for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver cancer risk assessment, hereditary cancer syndrome testing, and consults for genetic conditions across multiple specialties including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and musculoskeletal medicine.
Lead and support innovation in genomics integration across the health system through the Neiman Center's robust research and clinical initiatives.
Participate in the development of tools and technologies that are revolutionizing family history collection, predictive modeling, and the use of genomics in primary care.
What You'll Bring:
MD or DO degree required
Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics) and board eligibility/certification in Clinical Genetics
Interest in a broad range of genetic conditions
DEA license (or pending)
A commitment to excellence in patient care, collaboration, and the advancement of genomic medicine
