Northern Light Mayo Hospital is seeking a
Family Medicine Physician with an option to include Obstetrics to join our well-established rural health clinic located on the hospital campus in
Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value a broad scope of practice, strong community connection, and an excellent work-life balance, while making a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting.
Position Highlights- Flexible schedule with a 4- or 5-day work week to support work-life balance
- Practice in an established rural health clinic fully integrated with hospital operations
- Opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetrical care, including surgical OB
- On-call coverage at 1:4 for OB (if in practice scope), pediatrics (including NBN coverage), and adult telephone call.

Compensation information- $268,750 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentive
