Key Details Department: Family Medicine Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days per week, Monday through Friday Base Compensation: $250,000 + $15,000 Quality Incentive + Productivity Hospital: Witham Health Location: Jamestown, IN Join Witham Health Services' growing Family Medicine team as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician.
