Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Experience in critical access or emergency settings preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts of 12, 24, or 36 hours
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages
• Oversee the operations of a 7-bed Emergency Department
• Utilize onsite lab services, CT, ultrasound, and radiology as needed
• Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
