Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Emergency Medicine considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive emergency care in a Level IV Trauma Center
  • Treat an average of 41 patients per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize Medhost EMR for patient documentation and care management
  • Collaborate with specialty services, including General Surgery
  • Ensure 24-hour physician coverage and support healthcare team

Full Job Description
  • Full-time emergency medicine physician
  • Approximately 144 hours per month
  • 15K annual ED Volume or 41 patients/day
  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • 9 Bed ER
  • EMR: Medhost
  • 24-hour physician coverage
  • 12- and 24-hour shifts available
  • Specialty Services: General Surgery


Requirements:

MD or DO Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified with 1-2 years of ED experience preferred or Emergency Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified.
