Wellstar Health System is launching its Concierge Primary Care program and is seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians to join our membership-based practice model in designated locations. This opportunity is designed for physicians who are committed to delivering a high-touch, relationship-centered healthcare experience within a structured concierge model.
Position Overview
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) primary care practice dedicated exclusively to concierge program members
• Smaller patient panel designed to support personalized, comprehensive care
• Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and proactive chronic disease management
• 24/7 availability to assigned concierge members as part of the program’s enhanced access model
• Commitment to timely communication and responsive patient engagement
The Concierge Medicine compensation structure is aligned with program growth and is designed to support high-quality, customer-focused care delivery.
Eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) commitment
• Strong commitment to service excellence and patient-centered care
