Job OverviewPhysician Assistant to join our primary care practice at
M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.
Practice Details:- Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.
- Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites.
- Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
- Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 - Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed. For a 1.0 FTE, total annual requirement of 1,664 hours total.
- No Call required.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

- River Falls
• North Branch
• Woodbury
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- BC/BE through NCCPA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
*Additional Qualifications*- At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Physician Assistant.
