Location: South Alpine, Rockford, Illinois
What You'll Do:- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of urgent care conditions
- Perform occupational medicine exams, DOT physicals, and manage workers' compensation cases
- Conduct and interpret X-rays and point-of-care testing
- Perform minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, and abscess drainage
- Collaborate with on-site and regional leadership to maintain excellent patient flow and outcomes
What We're Looking For:- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active Illinois license (or eligibility)
- Experience in orthopedics or occupational medicine preferred
- Confident proceduralist with a calm and efficient approach
- Strong communicator with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving clinical environment
- At least 12-18 months of experience as a Provider in Urgent Care or ER setting
