SummaryMercy Medical Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP/NP) to join our growing Dermatology team. The provider will deliver high-quality dermatologic care to patients in Baltimore and potentially at outreach clinics throughout surrounding Maryland counties. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with board-certified dermatologists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and assessments for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, skin infections, and skin cancers
- Conduct dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and lesion removals within scope of practice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, preventative care, and follow-up recommendations
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Maryland state regulations and clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
- Travel periodically to satellite locations in surrounding counties as needed
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Maryland PA or CRNP license in good standing
- NCCPA certification (for PAs) or national board certification (for NPs/CRNPs) required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of dermatology experience
MinUSD $45.22/Hr.
MaxUSD $81.40/Hr.
