Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) - Hematology/OncologyNorth Charleston and Summerville/BerkeleyJoin Charleston Oncology as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner working closely with a dedicated hematologist/oncologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients within an experienced, collaborative oncology team.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC.
- Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.
- Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.
- Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations.
- Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience (5+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
