What We Offer- Compensation: Anticipated salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 per year. The salary range listed is an estimate and is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Major Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care in office consultations, including assessment, work-ups, triage, emergency work-ins, and other patient care activities
- Obtains and documents health history, performs and documents physical exam, and orders and interprets diagnostic tests
- Provides counseling to patients regarding diagnosis and expected course of treatment
- Collaborates with physician(s) to provide appropriate direct care interventions within scope of practice
- Collects, organizes, records, and discusses data as appropriate and uses sound clinical judgment based in best practice standards and evidenced based medicine
- Prescribes pharmaceuticals according to patient needs and conducts appropriate patient follow-up & outreach
- Ensures timely retrieval of laboratory and ancillary studies and diagnostic consultation reports
- Consults with appropriate internal and external staff to make appropriate referrals for acute, chronic and preventive care
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration- Master's Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies
- Urology and/or Critical Care experience 3+ years (preferred)
- EMR / computer skills
Required Certification/Licensure (for PAs)- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including hospital call and rounding within the team structured scheduling).
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Studies program
- NCCPA board certified
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
- Current DEA controlled substance licenses
