Description:
You will be working alongside physicians, nurses, pharmacists and dieticians. Job duties often include taking and documenting the history and physical examination and carrying out a treatment plan under the direction of the attending/supervising physician. Duties will also include interfacing with nursing and allied health providers, providing education to patients and families, participating in safe transitions for patients being admitted and discharged, preparing patients for procedures, and care coordination. Appropriate supervision and support are provided, and a formal orientation and assessment period will be implemented. Only those demonstrating the strongest qualifications will be contacted for an interview.
