Physical Therapist Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic - Two Locations At a Glance Position Physical Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time) Compensation $42-$55/hour - open to discussing higher rates by phone for candidates seeking more Schedule Shift openings available 7 days a week, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM); part-time schedules welcome Caseload ~14 patients/day; evaluations scheduled at 1 hour Experience Required No minimum experience required - new grads welcome. Note: extensive skilled nursing facility background (10+ years) is not a fit for this outpatient setting Locations Two clinic locations - openings at both: Twentynine Palms, CA (2 openings) Yucca Valley, CA (3 openings) What You'll Do • Manage a caseload of approximately 14 patients per day across evaluations and treatment visits. • Conduct patient evaluations (1 hour) and ongoing treatment sessions within available shift hours, 7 days a week. • Treat a varied caseload spanning orthopedics, sports injury rehab, surgical rehab, joint replacements, geriatrics, chronic pain, neurologic disorders, and more. • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside speech and occupational therapy providers. • Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community. What We're Looking For Required: • Active PT license (or eligibility). • No minimum years of experience required - open to new graduates. Not a Fit: • Candidates with primarily skilled nursing facility experience (10+ years in SNF settings) are not a match for this outpatient role.
