Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs
- Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
- Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards
What You Need to Succeed:- Valid NJ Physical Therapy License
- 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
