SPT - Bellingham / Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports PT
SPT Bellingham is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment. We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands-on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team-based setting.
You will work closely with the Clinic Director, treating a balanced mix of general orthopedic and athletic patients while developing your skills in a sports/function-forward clinic.
Your first 30 days include structured onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions with the Clinic Director, and gradual independence so you are supported, not thrown in.
Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Use objective tools (VALD force plates and dynamometry) to guide progression
- Apply manual therapy when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director on case progression and clinical decision-making
- Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

- New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Additional InformationCompensation and Benefits- Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
