Responsibilities What Your Day Looks Like

We empower you to be a clinician, not a unit producer.

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.

What Our Team Says

"This is the healthiest work environment I’ve been in as a PT. The support from leadership is unmatched."

"I don’t feel micromanaged. I feel trusted to do my job well and valued for who I am, not just the work I do."

"To be honest, I wish I had found Team Rehab earlier in my career. It’s genuine, fun, and we support one another to succeed."

Qualifications Are You Our Next Teammate?

If you have a passion for patient care, a collaborative mindset, and a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, we want to meet you! Whether you're a new grad looking for your first "work home" or a seasoned clinician ready for a change, we have a spot for you.
