We also offer opportunities to sub-specialize your practice. We reimburse for license and certification renewals, provide a generous continuing education allowance, and even offer one course brought onsite per year. Mentorship and leadership development are also available. • Work-Life Balance & Culture: We strive to create a healthy work-life balance for our therapists. We offer a supportive clinic culture where your voice matters. • Strong Compensation: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $104,000, with the final offer depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus. • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance, access to mental health at no cost, employer-provided life and disability insurance, immediate 401K with match, paid time off, employee discounts, tuition assistance, parental leave and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for full-time team members once eligibility requirements are met. Key Requirements • Education and License: A Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois. • Skills: The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience: Both new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Mentorship is available for new graduates. Our Community • A high quality of life: Quincy is a welcoming community with excellent cuisine, diverse museums, and a vibrant arts and music scene. • A low cost of living: Benefit from a low cost of living, approximately 7% lower than the national average, making Quincy an affordable place to call home. • Recreation and history: Enjoy over 1,000 acres of parks, golf courses, charming wineries, and a stunning historical district with over 3,600 historical buildings. • Education: The area offers top-rated public and private schools, community college, university, and college of nursing. • Convenient travel: Travel is convenient with daily round-trip flights to Chicago and St. Louis, providing easy connections to international airports.
